Learning A-Z products and resources meet the challenges of literacy instruction in today’s world. This output is the native Learning A-Z output and provides an option for sending out specific teachers and homerooms only. This lesson provides specifications and business rules related to this integration.
Business Rules
Teacher Roster
Only staff with the staff type "Learning A-Z" will be in the output.
The School and School Type filters will also be applied to the output.
Even though Source Year option will be available as part of the default page setting for GURU export, source year filter will not be honored.
This particular output is specifically meant for Current Year only due to the fact that it involves Home Room, Home Room Teacher are only applicable for Current Year.

Records pulled will be based on the classes' meeting times.
Only records where the classes are assigned to a staff with the staff type "Learning A-Z", whether directly to the meeting time or as a current co-teacher, will be listed.
The School, School Type and Subject filters will also be applied to the output.
The zap's "Send homeroom records only" option will additionally restrict records only to classes that are used as the students' homeroom class.
