Accurate Scheduling School and Scheduling Grade assignments are very important for a successful Grade Advancement process. The system does not know how to interpret missing information. All students need a Scheduling School and Scheduling Grade, with the exception of students in the district’s highest grade level who are moving on. It is essential to update students that are missing scheduling school and scheduling grade information.
Where to Start
- Go to System.
- Select Scheduling.
- Mass Update Scheduling opens by default.
- Select View Schedule Option by Grade.
Students in the district’s highest grade level who are NOT moving on (i.e., retentions or other exceptions) should be assigned a Scheduling School and Scheduling Grade.
View Scheduler Option by Grade
The report will export the list of students (alphabetically by last name) to Excel, with their Current School/Grade/Location and Scheduling School/Grade/Location. Review the students’ Scheduling Schools and Scheduling Grades in order to identify incorrect or missing information.
