Annual Census Report

The Annual Census Report provides a building level breakdown of students. This lesson guides users through accessing the Annual Census report.

Go to Reports.
Select Enrollment.
Choose Annual Census Report from the menu.
The option to Use Scheduling School and Grade enables the forecasting of the following year’s enrollment.
Select Search to view results. This report building level breakdown of students (registered, preregistered, or both) by age, by gender or disability code or grade.
