There are three Enrollment Reports to choose from: Enrollment by Grade, Enrollment by Student Status, and Enrollment by Special Ed Only. These reports provide different views of the student population from both the building level and the district level.
Enrollment Reports
- Go to Reports.
- Select Enrollment.
- Choose Enrollment Reports from the side menu.
- There are three Enrollment Reports to choose from: Enrollment by Grade, Enrollment by Student Status, and Enrollment by Special Ed Only.
- The students can be filtered by Date From/To (both default to current date), Home District, State Reporting status (all students, included students only or excluded students only), and/or State Attendance Reporting status (all students, included students only or excluded students only).
Users also have the option to Include students enrolled in classes in this building, for dual enrolled students who are registered in another building and taking classes in the selected building. - In addition to the above options, district-wide Enrollment Reports also permit users to filter enrollment tallies by School Types (All School Types, Public Schools Only, or Non-District Public Schools Only) and select enrollment tallies By School.
- Users can Print any of the Reports or export them to Excel .
- Drill down to view the students contributing to each tally. Hovering over a tally figure highlights the cell in blue, and a quick tip pop-up displays the specific cross section of data.
