In addition to staff courses and free times, users can also assign contract information to staff members. Contract information will be used by the eSchoolData Builder when generating resource class schedules and teaching assignments.
Where to Start
- Go to System.
- Choose Staff.
- Select Mass Update Staff Contract from the menu.
Mass Update Staff Contract
- Users can individually edit the number of classes, preps, and student contacts for each active staff member.
- To assign the same contract information to all active staff members, enter the data in the top row and click the adjacent Fill button(s). When finished, select Save.
Contract information for Inactive staff members must be individually updated on the applicable Staff Member Information screens.
