This report will assist districts in completing the NY State Aid’s Model Calendar. The report returns the School Start/End Times and/or applicable Calendar Events, plus the Bell Time schedule assigned to each school day. This report is designed to be exported as an Excel file.
Required Permissions: Menu: Student > Attendance > Administrative Reports
Where to Start
- Go to Student.
- Choose Attendance.
- Select Attendance Profiles.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and select Yearly Instructional Minutes.
How it Works
- Choose a School Year from the menu.
- Select a School.
- Select View Report to view results.
- This report returns a list of new days with all events for the selected school year and school. This report is designed to be exported as an Excel file.
