Example: If there is one absence in Meeting Time Parameter 1 and one absence in Meeting Time Parameter 2, only 1 absence displays.
When Multiple Meeting Times is selected, the system displays the sum of all the meeting times.
Example: If there is one absence in Meeting Time Parameter 1 and one absence in Meeting Time Parameter 2, 2 absences display.
Attendance Jobs

- Student Excessive Absence - output always counts the class absences separately towards the totals, regardless of the setting of the Multiple Meeting Times checkbox.
- Excessive Class Absence - output is affected by this setting as follows:
- When Multiple Meeting Times is not selected, the system displays class details separately for each meeting time and counts the class absences separately towards the totals.
- When Multiple Meeting Times is selected, the system displays details for the main meeting time and displays the total attendance for the combined meeting time.
