Calendar Day Code Extract
- This report will pull all the current year's calendar day codes with their assigned learning codes in the Multiple Day Code Upload with Learning Code import format (template #65B).
Class Roster by Learning Code
- This report is intended to be used for class rosters to include Learning Codes and Location Restrictions. Typically used for creating rosters to assist teachers in identifying Learning Code assignments.

- This report is intended to be used for class rosters to include Learning Codes and Location Restrictions. Typically used for creating rosters to assist teachers in identifying Learning Code assignments.
Class Roster with IEP View Date

This report organizes IEP access logs into a roster view and displays the most recent view date for active teachers/co-teachers associated with the class. For dual enrolled students, if the teacher who last viewed the IEP is assigned to a different school, the school name is displayed in parenthesis. The ability to filter by teacher, course, and IEP status is available.

College Course Enrollment

A list of students who are enrolled in a course for the purpose of receiving College Credit.

Counselor Student Tally

This will return a tally of the students that are assigned to each counselor broken down by grade for the selected school. After the tallies, it will return an individual report with student details for each counselor.

- This report is intended to be used for class rosters to include custom Student Statuses. Typically used for creating rosters to assist teachers in identifying COVID-19-related student status assignments.

Lockers in Import Format

This report lists all lockers in a specific school. The report is in the default GURU Lockers profile import format. Lockers are not school year specific, so school years are not relevant. There are options in the profile for a complete replace or append. Please choose or set up those options as needed.

Students Missing Courses

This report provides a list of co-teachers who have overlapping start and end dates.
