Administrative Reports - Registration

Custodial Alerts

• This report will list all students who have guardians with an active alert or have the Court Order: No Access to Child flag on.

• Parameters: School, Include Pre-registered Students

General Student Email Integration ID List

• This report will list all students' email address, alt ID number, and integration ID.

General Student List with Languages

• Includes all students whether active or inactive. Meant to be used as is.

Grade Advancements Done for Current Year

• This report provides a list of students who have been transferred/graduated using the Grade Advancement process for the current school year. This report is meant to be used as a tool to identify if student(s) were processed after the bit flip process.

Guardians and Emergency Contacts Emails

• This report provides a list of students and their guardians' and emergency contacts' email addresses.

• Parameters: Include Transferred Students

Guardians who are also listed as Emergency Contacts

• This report will display People records who are associated to both guardians and emergency contacts.

Household Residence Type Count

• This report provides a list of student and household counts by their residence type.

Household Siblings

• This report provides a list of all siblings of the students in the chosen building. The siblings will be listed in a single column separately by semicolons.

Household Student Counts

• This report provides a list of all households in the district and their students, if any. The students will be listed in a single column separately by semicolons.

Integration ID Duplicates

• This report provides a list of students who have the same integration ID (duplicates).

Online Registration Relationship Exceptions

• This report provides a list of students who have multiple relationships to a single guardian or emergency contact due to the Online Registration process.

Orphaned Contact Emails

• This report provides a listing of emails of contacts that are not displayed in the application due to deleted entries in the connecting tables. This report is meant to provide information when email addresses are blocked as being used and cannot be found on any pages in the application.

Preregistered Students

• This report provides a list of all preregistered students in the district along with address, race, language, and other details.

Siblings List

• This report provides a list of all siblings of the students in the chosen building. The maximum number of siblings listed will be 15 and will be in separate columns.

Student Alt ID List

• This report will list all students, both current and transferred, and their Student Portal Alt ID.

Student and Staff Integration ID List

• This report will list all students, both current and transferred, or all staff and their Integration ID.

Student Contacts with Same Priority

• This report will create a list of household, related students, and contacts where multiple contacts have the same priority. This is intended as a report to help clean up data.

Student Digital Resources Survey - State Reporting Translations

• This report is used to translate the guardian-friendly survey display to the names used in the eScholar Student Digital Resource export.

Student Digital Resources Surveys

• This report provides a list of all survey records for the school and school year. This report can also display students without a survey or incomplete surveys for their current school.

• Parameters: School Year, Grade

Student Emergency Contact List with Photos

• This report returns a list of currently enrolled students based upon the selected filters, including demographic data, emergency contact information and photos. "<" and ">" will be replaced with "-".

Student Emergency Contact List with Photos - Dual Enrolled

• This report returns a list of currently enrolled students and students who have un-dropped classes based upon the selected filters, including demographic data, emergency contact information and photos. "<" and ">" will be replaced with "-".

• Parameters: School, Pre-Reg Students, Cohort, Page Break, Bus Information, Picture Display Options, Student Display Options, Display Medical Alerts/Allergies, Display Medical Conditions, Sort By, Student Contact Options, Show Contact Email

Student List with Photos

• This report returns a list of currently enrolled students with their name, ID number, homeroom and photo based upon the selected filters. "<" and ">" will be replaced with "-".

Student Multiple Births

• This provides a list of all students by including their birth types (single, twin, triplets, multiples, etc.) if indicated in eSD.

Student Status History

• This report provides a list of all selected student statuses that were active at any point between a date range. This report includes transferred students and the Last Day and Transfer Reason or their last transfer.

• Parameters: Student Statuses, Start Date, End Date

Student User Defined Fields

• This report will list all students' user defined fields with entries in them. Deleted user defined fields and user defined field choices that have been deleted will be included.

Students Missing Specific User Defined Fields

• This report will list students that have missing, or blank user defined fields based on the chosen values by the user.
• Parameters: School, User Defined Field

Students with No Residential Guardians

• This report provides a list of students who have all guardians living outside the household. If even one guardian assigned to the student resides in the household, the student will not be listed. The household surname is based on student households and not guardians.

• Parameters: School Type, School

Students Without Current Year Photo

• Will return a list of students who have not had their photo updated for current school year.

• Parameters: School, Grade, Cohort

Tallies for Reasonableness Report

• This report will list current ELL and former ELL students who were enrolled at any point during the chosen school year. Students who have the 0231 status during the chosen school year will be counted as being current ELL, and students who had the 0231 status in the previous years or have the 0231A status at any point will be counted as former ELL.
