Canned Comments Usage Report

• This report provides a list of report comments and how many times they have been used in each marking period for report cards, progress reports and SBRCs in the selected school year and schools.

• Parameters: School Year, School(s)

Class Rank Run Details

• This report displays the class rank run calculations and course details for each student included in the selected class rank run.

• Parameters: School, Class Rank Run

Course Assessments not yet Scored

• Grouped by the selected assessments then teachers, this report returns a list of students who are enrolled in the course linked to the selected assessment and who have no record of an assessment score.

• Parameters: School Year, School, Assessments, Cohort

District-wide Comments List with Subject and Grades

• This report provides a district-wide list of all comments including the subjects if applicable. This report is meant to be exported to Excel.

Gradebook Assignment Marks

• This report lists all assignments for the marking period chosen. This will list one row per assignment/student and cannot be listed in a single row because each staff/class could have different display templates and any reports such as this cannot pull the settings for each staff as this is not a permission-driven report.

• Parameters: School Year, School, Marking Period, Due Date Week, Display Blank Marks, Exclude Dropped Students

Percent of Failures by Course

• Grouped by department, this report returns a list of courses with the total number of students enrolled and the percentage of students that are failing.

• Parameters: School, School Year, Calendar Event

Regents Grading Verification Report

• This report includes Final course grade and Regents exam grade for students enrolled in courses coded with one of the following state course codes 01003CC, 02052CC, 02056CC, 02072CC, 03051 , 03101, 03001, 03151, 04101, 04101F, 04052, 04052NF, or linked to any assessment which is flagged as a Regents. The report is intended to be exported to Excel.

Report Card Grades

• This report returns all marking period, mid-term, final exam, and semester average grades in a single row per student/per course. Due to the amount of data included in the report, multiple school and school year selections are not allowed. The report should be exported into an Excel format for analysis as well as for printing.

SBRC Subject and Standards Grade Report

• This report returns a list of the SBRC Subject and/or Standard grade marks for each marking period in the specified school year, along with basic student information. It is sorted by Student, Subject then Standard.

• Parameters: School, School Year, Marking Period, Grade, Display Subject and/or Standard

SBRC Template Translations Export

• This is a template for translating the subjects and standards in the SBRC setup. Please use the language codes from the report "SBRC Translation Languages" which is available in the same area. Please export to Excel and do not sort or otherwise modify except to enter translations.

SBRC Widgets Translations Export

• This is a template for translating widgets in the SBRC setup. Please use the language codes from the report "SBRC Translation Languages" which is available in the same area. Please export to Excel and do not sort or otherwise modify except to enter translations.

Student Assessments Retaken

• This report provides a comparison of scores of assessments previously taken going back six years based on the school year chosen. The report should be exported into an Excel format for analysis as well as for printing.

Student Course History List by Subject

• This report provides a list of completed courses with marks for the selected subject and current grade levels for active students in the chosen grade levels for the current year and the previous 4 years. The number of school years displayed is not based on the current year minus 4 but based on the students' previous 4 years' worth of courses irrespective of what those years are. Due to this, pivoting is not possible.

Student Credit Summary

• This report displays a tally of credits attempted, earned, in progress by student. Grades excluded from transcript will not be included in the calculation.

• Parameters: School, Grade, Cohort, Counselor, Department

Student Transcript Comments

• This report will display transcript comments specific to students. The report will display both active students and inactive students based on their last grade and school.

• Parameters: School, Grade, Cohort, Only Students with Comment

Summer School and Credit Recovery Courses Taken

• This report gives a list of summer school and credit recovery courses reported to the state. It also includes a column to indicate Data Warehouse reported school year if indicated by the district. This report is limited to the current school year and the immediate previous school year.

Teacher Assignment Alpha Grades

• This report lists all assignment alpha grades created by teachers.

Teacher Category Grading Methods

• This report lists the grading method for all classes within a school building.

Transcript Overrides

• This report provides a list of all transcript related overrides, including Attempted Credits, Credits Earned, Weight and Final Grade.
