All Student Enrollment History

• This report will list all school/grade enrollment history for the date range chosen.

• Parameters: From Date, To Date, Exclude Transferred Students

Anticipated Enrollment Stats by Grade

• This report returns a matrix of the number of students the district anticipates will be enrolled in each grade by school for the upcoming academic year, for the number of schools specified, based on the sort order of the Schools menu. This report will tally all other schools together.

• Parameters: Number of Schools to Display

Contact Tracing

• This report provides a list of all possible contacts of a student based on classes and schedules on a specific day.

• Parameters: Student, As of Date, Custodial Parent Only, Correspondent Parent Only

Contact Tracing - By Period

• This report provides a list of all possible contacts of a student based on classes, schedules and period attendance on a specific day.

• Parameters: Student, As of Date, Custodial Parent Only, Correspondent Parent Only

Contact Tracing by Teacher

• This report provides a list of all possible contacts of a teacher based on classes and schedules on a specific day.

• Parameters: Teacher, As of Date, Custodial Parent Only for Students, Correspondent Parent Only for Students

Contact Tracing with Vaccinations

• This report provides a list of all possible contacts of a student based on classes and schedules on a specific day. Includes a listing of 3 doses (2 and Booster) of COVID19 vaccines only.

• Parameters: Student, As of Date, Custodial Parent Only, Correspondent Parent Only

CTE Program Enrollment

• This report provides a list of students who were enrolled in a CTE program any time during the selected school year. The underlying code takes into consideration all the requirements for State Reporting and matches the Level 0 exports.

• Parameter: School Year

ECLRS Data Output

• This report is meant to be utilized as a basic data element for districts to report to the Electronic Clinical Lab Reporting System. This is not meant to be in any way a report for health services provided or any testing done. The fields that are populated are the ones that are available in eSD.

ELL School Year Summary Report

• This report produces ELL counts based on NY defined school year months and lists the count of students enrolled in the ELL program within that month. If a student is not enrolled in any building but is enrolled in the program, it will list them with the school Unknown.

Enrollment Stats By Grade

• This report returns a matrix of the number of students enrolled in each grade by school, for the number of schools specified, based on the sort order of the Schools menu. This report will tally all other schools together.

• Parameters: Number of Schools to Display

Enrollment Stats by Race and Ethnicity

• This report returns a matrix of the students’ race and ethnicity by school, for the number of schools specified, based on the sort order of the Schools menu. This report will tally all other schools together.

• Parameter: Number of Schools to Display

Graduated Students with Details

• This report returns a list of graduated students based on the school year chosen. This report is designed to be exported as an Excel file.

• Parameters: Year of Graduation.

Guardian Details with Email

• This returns a list of students with corresponding guardian details along with their emails separated into multiple columns. This report is designed to be used as an export to excel/csv and is not intended as a printable report. The preregistered option is a filter and if you choose "No", it will only list active students and not preregistered.

• Parameters: School, Current Grade, Student Status, Preregistered, Include All Transferred Students

Guardian Details with Email - Summer School

• This returns a list of students with corresponding guardian details along with their emails separated into multiple columns only for students enrolled in summer school. This report is designed to be used as an export to excel/csv and is not intended as a printable report.

New Student Enrollment Report

• This report returns a list of new students enrolled within the selected Date Range, who have no prior eSchoolData records. This report is designed to be exported as an Excel file.

• Parameters: Start Date, End Date.

RBF-01-Students Missing Final Course Grades

• This report provides an aggregate of students who are missing final course grades. The report also renders the details by allowing the user to click to obtain the details.

RBF-02-Students Missing Schedules for Next Year

• This report provides an aggregate of students who are missing schedules for next year. The report also renders the details by allowing the user to click to obtain the details.

RBF-03-Students not yet Retained or Grade Advanced in the Current Year

• This report provides an aggregate of students who are not yet retained or grade advanced in the current year. The report also renders the details by allowing the user to click to obtain the details.

Student Enrollment History

• Grouped by School, this report returns the enrollment history of each currently enrolled student in the specified schools.

• Parameters: Schools, Grade, Cohort

Student Enrollments Based on School Year

• Additional fields will provide the end user to filter out and identify students who were enrolled in the school year for the first time.

• Parameters: School Year

Student Home District Enrollment

• This report returns Home District enrollment history of students enrolled in the specified school.

• Parameters: School Year, School, Cohort, Include Transferred Students

Student Home School History

• This report provides a complete history of any current students who have a home school/district indicated.

Student Race-Ethnicity Tally

• This report gives a tally of students by race and ethnicity in the selected schools they were enrolled in. Students enrolled in more than one school and grade within the date range will only have their latest school and grade counted. The report also provides details of the tally provided.

• Parameters: School Type, School, From Date, To Date, Count Students Excluded From State Reporting

Student Retentions Breakdown

• This report breaks down the number of retained students by race and gender.

• Parameters: School Year, IDEA Date, School, Retain Reason

Student Retentions by School Year

• This report returns a list of students whose grade level enrollment records were ended with a reason that starts with 'No Advancement'.

• Parameters: School Year

Student State ID Compliance Report

• This report returns a list of students who are missing a state ID number.

• Parameters: Schools, Cohort

Students who Dropped Summer School

• This report will list any summer school enrollments (either by summer program enrollment or directly enrolled into the building) and classes for the chosen summer school and school year.

• Parameters: School Year, Dropped Students Only, School(s)

Students with Open Enrollment for School Year

• This report provides a list of students who do not have a closed grade enrollment record for the year chosen. Useful in identifying students that have been missed during the grade advancement process.

• Parameter: School Year

Summer School Closeout Exceptions

• This report provides an exception list of students where summer school was incorrectly closed for the expected school year.

Student Home School History

• This report provides a complete history of currently enrolled students who have a home school/district indicated.
