Attendance Hot Sheet

• This returns a list of students that have unexcused absences (both A* and AU) for any period on the specified date.
• Parameters: School, Attendance Date

Daily Attendance FOIL Report Assistant

• This report will display what the eScholar Student Daily Attendance export will produce for the school and dates specified to assist with FOIL requests.

• Parameters: School Year, School, Date From, Date To, ID Number, Students

Daily Attendance Summary

• This report pulls information that is displayed at the student profile level for the counts in the Cumulative Attendance tab. No other logic will be available for aggregation other than that.

• Parameters: Current School, Date From, Date To

Daily Enrollment and Absences by Learning Code

• This report provides a breakdown of student enrollment and absences by Learning Code. Note: If there are discrepancies between the Summary Report by Learning Code and the unduplicated Summary Report, this is an indication that students are coded with more than one learning code on the selected date.

• Parameters: School Type, School, Date

Duplicate Class Attendance

• This report returns a list of duplicate period attendance for the same student, class meeting time and attendance date.

Instructional Minutes

• This report returns a list of the cumulative instructional minutes for each student and class, grouped by teacher. The report includes the class enrollment start and end dates, along with potential and actual minutes based on each student's attendance records for the current scheduling year.

• Parameters: School, Teacher, Cohort

Learning Code Enrollment Exceptions

• This report returns a list of students (enrolled at any point during the school year) who are either missing a Learning Code or who have more than one Learning Code assigned with overlapping dates for the current school year.

• Parameters: School Type, School, School Year, Include Pre-Registered Students.

• This report is intended to be exported to Excel

Midday Scans and Attendance Status

• This report returns a list of all midday scans and the corresponding period attendance status, when applicable. This report is designed to be exported as an Excel file.

• Parameters: School, Event Date, Period, Attendance Status, Student

Perfect Attendance - History

• This report provides historical information for "Perfect Attendance" similar to the one available under Reports > Attendance > Perfect Attendance. Please open the report for detailed business rules.

Remote Students with Remote Present Period Attendance

• This report will pull period attendance where the students were scheduled to be remote on those dates according to the Learning Code assigned to the student and to the calendar days for those dates.
• This report is designed to be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and is not designed to be printed or exported to PDF.

Student Attendance Percentage by Date Range

• This report provides student Absent and Present Percentages by date range. The number of days school was in session within the specified date range is divided by the number of Absent/Present records to determine Absent/Present percentages. (Daily Present and Daily Tardy are calculated toward Present % in this report).
• Parameters: Date From, Date To, School(s)

Student Chronic Absences

• This report provides a list of currently enrolled students along with the number of days enrolled, the number of absences, and the absent percentage (based on a nightly calculation).

• Parameters: School, Grade, Greater than __ Percent, Student Groups

Student Chronic Absences by Date Range

• This report provides a list of students who can possibly attend school in the specified date range and the number of absences they accumulated in that date range. Daily Presents will not be counted as absences.
• Parameters: Date From, Date To, School(s)

Student Daily Absence and Tardy Details

• This report provides a list of daily attendance absences and tardies for the date range specified. This date range is applicable to onlyonly to the current year. The report provides options to filter for immigrant and ELL students.
• Parameters: Start Date, End Date, ELL Students Only, Immigrant Students Only, Current School(s)

Student Daily Attendance by Group

• This report will pull daily attendance records in a date range for students who are members of the selected student groups.
• Parameters: School Year, School, Student Group, Attendance Range Start Data, Attendance Range End Date

Summer School State Aid Report 1 – Summary

• This report returns the total Summer School attendance hours (Potential/Actual) counted for State Aid, along with a list of classes, teachers, numbers of students, and Total Potential/Actual Hours per class.

• Parameters: School Year, Summer School

• Note: For State Aid purposes, no student may be counted for more than 90 hours of attendance during the summer session.

Summer School State Aid Report 2 – Student Details

• This report returns the total Summer School attendance hours (Potential/Actual) counted for State Aid, along with a list of students, Total and Reported Potential/Actual Hours, and course numbers, for export to EXCEL.

• Parameters: School Year, Summer School

• Note: For State Aid purposes, no student may be counted for more than 90 hours of attendance during the summer session.

Summer School State Aid Report 3 – Course Details

• This report details the Summer School Attendance (Potential/Actual Minutes and Potential/Actual Hours) for each course and student. This report is designed to be exported to EXCEL.
• Parameters: School Year, Summer School

Yearly Instructional Minutes (State Aid Model Calendar)

• This report returns a list of new days with all events for the selected school year and school, the grade filter is meant for display purposes and is not taken into account for calculation. This report is designed to be exported as an Excel file.
