VADIR Report (Violent and Disruptive Incident Report) is a standardized reporting system used to document and track violent and disruptive incidents that occur on school property. This lessons walks users through accessing and generating the VADIR Report from the Student Profile.
Where to Start
- Go to Student.
- Select Student Profile.
- Filter as needed and Search for a student.
- Select the Student ID to access the Student Profile.
VADIR Report
- Go to the Discipline tab.
- Select State Incident to open the Report State Incident window.
- Use the Incident Type and Date menus to filter for existing incidents, then select Search.
- Use the radio icon to select an incident.
- Select Next.
- Select the VADIR Report button to open the report for the chosen incident.
All available details display on the report. A print option is available at the top right hand side of the report.
For the Incident VADIR Report, the tally of student names listed as victims in the incident may differ from the number of student victims reported for the incident.
The Number of Student Victims field (when not empty) takes precedence over the tally of students added as victims in the incident.
