Entering behavior intervention data allows educators to track and analyze student behavior, identify patterns, and implement effective interventions to support positive outcomes. This data can be entered via the student profile, or through the discipline entry wizard. This lesson outlines entering data from both options.
Required Permissions: Module Level: Discipline > Student Discipline Intervention
Student Profile Discipline Tab Entry
- Go to Student.
- Select Student Profile.
- Filter as needed and Search for a student. Select the Student to access the Student Profile.
- Select the Discipline tab.
- Choose the green + to Add Intervention.
- Enter intervention details. Required fields are state reportable. Optional fields support local requirements.
- Select Save when done.
The intervention information appears directly beneath the Discipline record.
Discipline Entry Wizard
- Go to Student.
- Select Discipline.
- Choose Discipline Entry Wizard from the side menu.
- Set any Search criteria needed and select Search Existing Incidents.
- Select the green + next to the desired student to open the Intervention menu.
- Enter intervention details. Required fields are state reportable. Optional fields support local requirements.
- Select Save when done.
