Tyler Versatrans, a complete school transportation software suite, is designed to help you efficiently and cost-effectively manage your day-to-day transportation needs — so you can safely transport students to and from their educational programs on time and on budget. The Versatrans Zap includes student, address, and status data so that districts can easily create transportation assignments within Versatrans. The Zap can be configured to extract this information on a scheduled basis, ensuring that your data remains synchronized between the two products. This lesson provides the Business Rules for the Verstrans zap.

The output will be in comma-delimited format with no double quotes and no headers as requested by the vendor.
Filters available are Grade Level, School Type, and School.
Options available are Health Information, Use School Code instead of Location Code, Include Pre-registered Students, and Anticipated Enrollment Before.
Anticipated Enrollment Before must be in MM/DD/YYYY format and need updates as per the requirement of the district as this date will be static.
If a non-date format is entered or a text is entered, the filter will be ignored. Since we do not have an option to force date format, care must be taken while entering this information.
