Several layout options are available to either print labels in a standard Avery 5160 format or to generate Excel files suitable for mail merges. This lesson guides users through accessing and generating labels.
Generate Labels
- Go to Reports.
- Select Label.
- Label is selected by default in the left-hand menu.
- Set any Filters to narrow down results as needed.
- Choose a Label Format.
- Choose the File Type for your download:
- Select the blue icon to generate an XML file.
- Select the Label icon to generate 5160 labels.
- Select the Excel icon to generate an Excel file.
If 5160 Labels are chosen:
- Specify the format for the labels.
- Use the dropdown to set a Sort By option.
- Select Generate Household Mailing Labels to create the labels. The name of this button changes based on your selection.
